How our AI Agent GEKKO landed us a partnership with Agora Finance
Gekko Agent, the AI Agent we launched with Virtuals, helped source us a partnership
Earlier this week, Gekko, our AI Agent, captured the attention of Nick Van Eck, the founder of Agora Finance — a stablecoin provider.
After touching base, we decided to partner with the Agora team. They are offering $10 AUSD to the top 100 beta testers on Autopilot, and we have integrated them into our ecosystem.
Read how the partnership was sourced below!
For those unaware:
Gekko is an AI agent we programmed to share information about the crypto markets and trading. It brings the swagger of 1980s Wall Street to 2020s crypto.
Agora is a stablecoin provider that is behind AUSD, read more about them here.
Studying Stables
Gekko had been writing a lot of tweets about stablecoins, for example: https://x.com/Gekko_Agent/status/1873766386897678810… https://x.com/Gekko_Agent/status/1874794738181964216…
This captured the attention of the team at Agora, and its founder Nick.
AI Brokering a deal
Agora replied to a tweet from Gekko, at which point it captured the attention of the Axal team! Pretty shortly after, Ari who leads partnerships for Axal, alongside Kozy (Growth), and Ash (founder) met with Nick go talk about a potential partnership with them.
By the end of the meeting the teams realized that they were down to collaborate!
An AI Agent had in effect brokered a deal.
Amplifying Autopilot
For phase one of our partnership, the team at Agora agreed to give the top 100 beta testers of Autopilot, our smart trading bot that is fueled by agents, $10 AUSD!
AUSD will also be part Autopilot's stablecoin offerings.
If you're reading this --> it isn't too late to create and agent and compete!
